Contract Duration : 12 Months

Rate : Competitive, based on experience

Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior CTO to join our team in the Philippines for a 12-month contract. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in both telecommunications and banking sectors, demonstrating a deep understanding of fintech solutions and their application within a telco environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership : Provide high-level thinking and strategic direction for the integration of fintech solutions within our telecommunications framework.
Project Management : Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Solution Architecture : Design and implement innovative technology solutions that enhance service delivery and customer engagement.
Collaboration : Work closely with stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, to drive initiatives and present progress updates.

Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum of 20 years in telecommunications and 10 years in banking, with a strong track record in fintech-related projects.

Skills : Proven expertise in project management, solution architecture, and high-level strategic planning.

Industry Knowledge : In-depth understanding of the fintech landscape and its intersection with telecommunications.

Additional Notes :

This position requires a commitment to a fully onsite role in the Philippines.

The contract will not permit permanent employment due to overseas regulations.

We are looking for a candidate who can accommodate a straight rate compensation model.

Ideal candidates will have an impressive CV showcasing established fintech expertise and relevant banking experience.
