What you will be doing :
- Analyse business processes and systems for efficacy and efficiency.
- Collect, record, and confirm business requirements align with company objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Create and update process maps, business models, and use cases.
- Run workshops and meetings to gather requirements and build consensus.
- Suggest and evaluate solutions to enhance business efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Create reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Track projects, identify and mitigate risks.
- Perform cost-benefit analyses and feasibility studies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements.
What our client is looking for :
A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial (IT, Business Analysis, etc.)At least 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the IT sector.Retail and / or digital technologies experience is preferred.Strong understanding of business processes and system development lifecycles.Skilled in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.Proficient in process mapping and workflow analysis tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership.Familiarity with Agile methodologies.Job ID :
