Junior Financial Manager

Job descriptionBachelor's degree in finance, Accounting. 1-2 years of experience in a junior financial management role. Strong understanding of financial principles and practices. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Monitor and manage working capital, and take responsibility for accounts receivable, accounts payable and inventory.
- Reconciling intercompany loans, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
- Assist in capturing and maintain accurate and organized financial records.
