Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the entire sales progression process from offer to completion.

Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage brokers to ensure timely and efficient sales transactions.

Proactively chase documentation, address issues and delays, and maintain consistent communication throughout the process.

Keep all stakeholders updated with clear, timely reports and updates.

Maintain accurate, well-documented records of communications and actions taken.

Ensure compliance with timelines, legal requirements, and company standards.

Handle any escalations or complaints with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales progression or property sales support role.

Experience working within the UK property market is essential—either directly or supporting UK-based clients.

Strong understanding of property sales processes, legal documentation, and conveyancing.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating property software or CRM platforms.
