What You Bring

  • 5+ years in software engineering
  • Deep experience with .NET and relational databases ( SQL Server , PostgreSQL )
  • Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
  • Skilled in writing testable, maintainable code
  • Comfort with containerization and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
  • Expertise in at least one modern frontend framework ( Angular , React , or Vue )
  • Clear, constructive communication — you value team over ego

  • Design, build and refine features from scratch as well as improve what’s already out there
  • Work with a mix of legacy systems and modern stacks, always aiming for performance and maintainability
  • Collaborate with other Engineers to solve tricky problems and set technical direction
  • Share your experience with others – mentoring is welcome but not mandatory
