Your Mission :

We are looking for an HSE Coordinator to support the implementation and coordination of health, safety, and environmental initiatives across the sites (office facility, warehouse / distribution center), support our hub and Services execution. The role involves coordinating and executing corrective actions from ISO audits and site inspections, attending weekly SIM meetings to provide clarity on HSE issues, and managing document control processes.

What will you do?

  • The coordinator will ensure compliance with permits, bylaws, Schneider Electric Global standards, and legislative requirements, while assisting in drafting and reviewing Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • They will oversee safety inductions and training, promote adherence to safety policies, and keep management informed of regulatory, and global HSE updates.
  • Developing safety manuals and training programs, identifying and investigating unsafe acts and conditions, conducting hazard identification and risk assessments, and implementing corrective and preventative actions.
  • Includes inspecting workplace equipment and processes for safety risks, investigating incidents and occupational health issues, compiling and submitting HSE reports, ensuring all Injury-On-Duty cases are reported and investigated, and monitoring contractors and vendors onsite to uphold health and safety standards.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—across various formats.
  • Familiarity with safety management systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
  • Certification in First Aid or Fire Safety is a plus.

  • What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • 1-3 years in a HSE position.
  • Experience in managing HSE within SE Services & Hub environment
  • Understanding and use of EcoOnline EHS App for safety reporting
  • Basic understanding of HSE regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative.
