Location : Remote (South Africa preferred)

Work Hours : 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM US Eastern Time

As we continue to expand, we are growing our recruiting team and seeking a motivated recruiter to help us scale quickly and effectively.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, professional, and organized Recruiter to join our team. This role is critical in managing high-volume candidate pipelines, evaluating talent against company standards, and coordinating scheduling to support nationwide staffing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct 20-40 candidate screenings per hour using our proprietary recruitment platform.
  • Assess candidate fit quickly and accurately, ensuring alignment with company professionalism standards.
  • Coordinate interviews and scheduling logistics in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with account managers and staff coordinators to ensure seamless staffing fulfillment.

Qualifications

  • Strong English fluency with a neutral accent.
  • Professional presence and polished communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking ability.
  • Prior recruiting or staffing experience strongly preferred.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working under urgency.
