Urban / Town PlanningReal EstateDevelopment StudiesCivil Engineering (with planning knowledge ideally)35 years experience in acquisition roles and property development or town planningExperience conducting feasibility-level planning assessments.Experience dealing with Johannesburg(Midrand & Bryanston) municipal planning departments and Stakeholder Departments (Joburg Water, Johannesburg Roads Agence etc.Strong network with planners, brokers, and property professionals.The role requires strong market intelligence, financial analysis capability, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder engagement including landowners, brokers, municipalities, lawyers, and consultants.Key Responsibilities :
You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and securing high-potential land and property opportunities that align with the companys development and investment strategy.
This role directly supports the companys growth pipeline and ensures a continuous flow of feasible development opportunities.
