Job Description - Performance Marketing Lead

Before we jump into the nitty-gritty, a bit about us :

At Correlate, we don’t just market, we solve.

We exist to drive business value through precision-led digital strategy, helping our clients grow through smart, scalable performance marketing. From lead generation to sales, we take on real commercial challenges, and we win.

We’re not here to follow the playbook. We’re here to rewrite it. If you’re ready to challenge convention and work beyond the brief, you’ve found your mark.

Correlate is a performance-driven agency where strategy meets speed, and execution is sharp, focused, and always accountable.

Here, you’ll be part of a lean, high-output team built for scale without the bloat. You’ll get hands-on with interesting projects that span markets, powered by technology and underpinned by data. From day one, you’ll be trusted to own outcomes, not just tasks.

We believe in creating an environment where smart people can do their best work, gutsy, collaborative, and grounded in impact. You’ll grow fast, learn faster, and be supported every step of the way. And yes, we take our work seriously, but we also enjoy the ride, puns included.

Does that sound good to you? Then the choice to read on is yours.
