Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Trainee Real Estate Sales Agentto join our team in a full-time, semi-remote capacity.

The successful candidate will assist in property sales, deliver excellent customer service, and support the preparation and execution of online auctions.

This role offers hands-on learning of the real estate sales process, guidance in obtaining a real estate license, and the opportunity to collaborate with clients and colleagues in a dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the marketing and sale of residential, commercial, and agricultural properties.
• Provide exceptional customer service and client support.
• Prepare and participate in online auctions and private treaty sales.
• Develop knowledge of the real estate market and sales process.
• Collaborate with team members, financial institutions, and legal firms.
• Work toward obtaining a valid Real Estate License.
