Follow up with authorized signatories to ensure that documents are signed properly and on time all contracts concluded by the business are concluded in accordance with the Group’s legal policy and the Group’s Corporate Governance Framework; signed contracts are timeously received and Contract Review Sheets are properly completed; signed contracts and Contract Review Sheets are uploaded onto CMS.Contract Management SystemManage the VE Group’s (“Group” contract management system (“CMS”) and other legal systems used in the Group (i.e. custodian of CMS and other legal systems used at VE).Identify and implement legal systems required by the VE legal team.Manage the Group’s filing system.Prepare training material and conduct training for the VE Group on : the Contract Management System;other legal systems used by the Group; andthe legal processManage the legal team’s portalGovernanceEnsure that all contracts concluded by the business are concluded in accordance with the Group’s legal policy and the Corporate Governance FrameworkOversee Service Level Agreement CompliancePeople ManagementWork with the team to achieve excellent business results through continuous people development and mentoring activities.Ensure the development of a high-performing team through embedding formal Performance Development and informal coaching.Determine and analyse training and development needs for team members and ensure implementation thereof.
