Job Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the IT Service Delivery to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Develop and implement IT service delivery strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Oversee the planning delivery and support of IT services ensuring that they meet quality and performance standards.
• Manage client relationships acting as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new IT services ensuring seamless integration and user adoption.
• Establish and enforce IT policies and procedures that align with industry best practices.
• Monitor and report on the performance of IT services identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
• Manage budgets forecasts and resource allocations to ensure practical solutions to client needs.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement among team members and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to align service delivery objectives with organizational goals.
