Our client is looking for a Junior Accountant to join their driven finance team in Potchefstroom. If you've got a sharp eye for detail, a steady hand for reconciliations, and a love for clean ledgers this is your opportunity to grow with a proudly South African brand that fuels movement momentum and opportunity.

This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced operational environment - the kind of place where finance meets the real world. You'll be managing the daily nuts and bolts of accounting from bank reconciliations and VAT to payroll and creditors while gaining experience with top‑tier systems like Evolution and custom ERP software.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate bank reconciliations and cashbook entries
• Process and reconcile VAT and ensure compliance with SARS requirements
• Manage creditors processing supplier reconciliations and payments
• Assist with payroll input and related reconciliations
• Support financial reporting and month‑end closing procedures
• Maintain accurate records in Evolution and custom accounting software
• Use Excel (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables) to analyse and present financial data
