You'll manage and implement customised digital strategies while meeting budget goals and maintaining positive client relationships. This is a key position where your success will directly contribute to the company's overall sales and growth.

What You Will Do

• Client Consultation : Conduct in-person and virtual discovery sessions to understand client needs and digital goals
• Strategy Development : Design and implement tailored digital strategies for clients across various platforms
• Digital Presence Management : Oversee and optimise client online presence to maximise performance
• Social media and digital solutions : Present and advise on social media and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility
• Agency Engagement : Represent the group at national agency roadshows, events and client presentations
• Performance Analysis : Track, analyse and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns to ensure objectives are met
• Relationship Building : Cultivate strong, long‑term relationships with clients, agencies and partners to ensure client retention and satisfaction
• Reporting : Provide regular post‑campaign reports and updates to clients and internal stakeholders
• Sales Growth : Achieve sales targets, drive new business opportunities and contribute to the overall success of the team
• Industry Awareness : Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the digital marketing and media landscape
