Job descriptionGrade 12 Blasting Certificate Mine Overseers Certificate of Competency Valid Drivers’ License Minimum 5 years of experience as mine overseer within the mining industry. Strong knowledge of mining operations and production processes. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Extensive Trackless mining experience. Extensive experience of massive mining. Oversee and manage daily underground operations to ensure compliance with Mine Health and Safety policy and practices of the company. Coordinate and schedule mining activities, including drilling, blasting, and loading of ore / waste. Supervise a team of miners and contractors, providing guidance and support to ensure production targets are met. Monitor production targets and implement initiatives to optimize mining operations. Prepare and submit reports on mining activities, including production volumes, safety performance, and equipment maintenance. Engineering / Technical jobs
