SITE AGENT (Commercial Construction) Western Cape

Established And Reputable Commercial Construction Firm is in need of highly efficient pro-active and presentable Site Agent to join their dynamic team of professionals.

You possess proven leadership project planning and problem-solving capabilities together with strong communication. With extensive experience on multi-disciplinary commercial construction projects you bring a results-driven approach to managing teams coordinating stakeholders and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Key Duties and Responsibilities :

Programme & Project Management

• Programme management and end-to-end project oversight
• Draft and maintain the overall project programme
• Issue fortnightly micro-programmes to track detailed progress
• Monitor and report on project progress (including reading / interpreting Gantt charts)
• Ensure project completion within the specified timeline
• Compile and issue bi-weekly project progress reports (internal and client-facing)
