About the role : We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our client’s dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced agency setting, enjoys coordinating multiple campaigns, and excels at keeping projects organized while supporting marketing execution.

Professional Fluency : English is essential.

Experience : Experience in digital marketing agencies is required.

What you’ll be doing :

  • Coordinate day‑to‑day marketing activities, campaigns, and deliverables across multiple client accounts.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies, proposals, and campaign briefs.
  • Manage timelines, track campaign performance, and ensure deliverables are met on schedule.
  • Support content creation, email marketing, and social media scheduling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, paid media, design) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to support client strategy.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and documentation in project management tools and CRMs.

Who are we looking for?

  • 2–4 years of marketing coordination or digital marketing experience (agency experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, project management platforms (Asana, Trello, ClickUp).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a deadline‑driven environment.
