Performance Marketer

About the Role

We are a fast-growing founder-led e-commerce brand looking for an entrepreneurial and highly analytical Full-Funnel Growth & Optimization Lead to take complete end-to-end ownership of our digital marketing funnel.

This is a high-visibility execution-oriented role where you will be responsible for scaling new customer acquisition by optimizing performance across our key channels : Meta Ads, Landing Pages, and Retention (Klaviyo). You won’t just run campaigns; you will operate as a strategic partner utilizing data and AI tools to drive measurable improvements in conversion rates, Average Order Value (AOV), and overall profitability.

We are building a globally distributed team and are highly open to exceptional candidates worldwide, particularly from the LATAM, South Africa (SA), and the Philippines (PH) regions.

What Youll Own

  • End-to-End Funnel Strategy & Execution
  • Performance Marketing & Creative Operations
  • End-to-End Campaign Ownership : Own and execute the entire customer journey from the initial ad impression through to post-purchase retention efforts.
  • Creative Resource Management : Write clear data-informed creative briefs and manage external resources (like designers) to transform concepts into high-performing ad assets.
  • Creative Eye : Possess a strong understanding of successful video components and an eye for compelling ad copy that drives clicks and conversions.
  • Meta Ad Mastery : Oversee the execution and optimization of Meta Ads campaigns ensuring ad mechanics and creative align with strategic goals.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Page Experience

  • Landing Page Optimization : Implement changes, updates, and build new page experiences using no-code page builders to maximize conversion rates after the ad click.
  • A / B Testing Engineer : Operate with the precision of an engineer within testing frameworks, proposing, implementing, and rigorously analyzing A / B and multivariate tests across both ads and landing pages to generate consistent, scalable wins.
  • Technical Execution : While no coding is required, a foundational understanding of web platforms or light coding experience is a plus to inform efficient page builder use and technical requirements.
  • Retention & Data Analytics

  • Retention Loop : Own the post-acquisition strategy utilizing Klaviyo (or similar platforms) to develop effective email / SMS campaigns and flows for retention and to re-engage customers who do not purchase immediately.
  • Data-Informed Decisions : Analyze key performance data (AOV, profit, conversion metrics) and synthesize insights into actionable strategies that close the loop on informed decisions.
  • Data Fluency : Must be highly proficient in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced formulas) to manipulate and analyze marketing data drawing conclusions without needing a dedicated Data Scientist.
  • What You Bring

    Required Experience & Competencies

  • Experience : 3 years in performance or growth marketing with mandatory experience in a D2C E-commerce or Shopify DTC environment.
  • Platform Mastery : Mandatory hands-on experience with Klaviyo for email / SMS strategy and execution.
  • Technical Mindset : Strong competency in A / B testing frameworks and funnel analysis.
  • Execution Focus : Highly organized, resourceful, and execution-oriented; you get things done and own the outcome.
  • Time Zone Overlap : Must be able to work effectively and collaborate with US-based founders requiring at least 1-2 hours of daily overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours.

  • Logistics & Compensation

  • Schedule : Full-time Monday–Friday with required 1-2 hours overlap with PST hours.
  • Location : Remote globally distributed team (targeting LATAM / SA / PH).
