Job descriptionOversee and manage workshop operations. Supervise and lead a team of technicians and artisans. Ensure efficient production schedules and quality output. Implement and maintain health and safety standards. Monitor inventory and control costs. Collaborate with other departments for streamlined processes. Requirements : Minimum 6 years experience in a similar role. Background in Engineering and Technical sectors. Trade qualification as a Fitter and Turner. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proven ability to problem solve and make decisions under pressure.
