Knowledge of food safety and hygiene : Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, maintaining cleanliness, and preventing foodborne illnesses. Hygiene maintenance : Ensuring high standards of personal and environmental hygiene in the restaurant. Staff Training and grooming.
