re you an experienced Payroll Administrator with a passion for accuracy and detail? We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our FMCG team on a fixed-term contract, ensuring smooth and efficient payroll operations during this busy period.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end processing of weekly and monthly payroll.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and timesheets.
- Ensure compliance with tax, UIF, and statutory requirements.
- Handle payroll queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Assist HR and Finance with payroll reporting and reconciliations.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
Matric (Payroll / HR qualification advantageous).3+ years’ experience as a Payroll Administrator.Previous FMCG or manufacturing sector experience preferred.Knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., VIP / SAGE, Payspace, or similar).Strong knowledge of BCEA, tax, and statutory regulations.High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.Contract Details
