YOUR ROLE :
Manage the handover process in accordance with the relevant sections of the Concession AgreementAssets must be catalogued, inventoried and reviewed for condition and presented in a document itemizing all assetsPrepare and update the Handover Plan and Handover Programmes and submit to CustomerPrepare and update the Handover Report and submit to CustomerManage the interface with the internal teams, suppliers, customer and managementManage handover process in accordance with Alstom processDrive handover strategy in conjunction with Alstom and customer key stakeholders.Lead handover to successful conclusion for Alstom and customer.Assist BMC Project Manager with any project management activities assigned to you.YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS :
Minimum degree / Btech in engineering or in the science field.Related technical experience and Project management qualification.Continuously ensuring alignment with customer contractual requirementsGood communication skillsTeam management (capacity to coordinate and ensure collaboration of teams)Good Knowledge of Project management processesGood knowledge of railway products and systemsConflict and crisis managementAbility to manage customer relationshipAdvanced negotiation skillsComplexity management skillsMS OfficePlanning and forecastingTracking and monitoringExperience interfacing with internal and external customersAdministrative / Management jobs
