Duties & Responsibilities
Operational and Payroll Management
Oversee end‑to‑end admin and payroll processes, ensuring data accuracy, timely reporting, and compliance with legislative and governance requirements. Manage client invoicing, follow‑ups, and query resolution with finance teams. Monitor financial performance and maintain cost control within operational parameters.
Client and Team Coordination
Act as the key link between clients and internal teams by managing job requisitions, briefing sessions, staffing requirements, and maintaining strong client relationships through engagement and service excellence. Understand and anticipate client needs to deliver tailored, value‑driven workforce solutions and drive customer satisfaction and partnership growth.
Workforce Planning and Compliance
Manage daily staffing levels, timekeeping, inductions, and transport logistics while ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements, safety protocols, and operational efficiency. Lead, coach, and develop teams, manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and compliance with labour legislation, promoting continuous learning and development.
