Job descriptionIdentify and connect with key decision-makers to assess fit, business needs, budget, and timelines. Maintain consistent communication with new and existing leads using LinkedIn, email, and phone to spark interest and build relationships. Create and manage strategic target account lists within your assigned US territory. Generate new business opportunities to support the company\'s continued growth. Entry-level candidates : Bachelor\'s degree or higher with a strong desire to start a career in tech sales. Experienced BDRs : 12 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in SaaS or tech. Excellent written and verbal English skills (near-native level). Clear, goal-oriented communication style. High level of initiative with strong time management and prioritization skills. Energetic, positive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
