Spa Host (Seasonal) | Luxury Hotel | Cape Town

Salary : R8,400 Negotiable DOE

Contract Dates : 1 October – 28 February

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional and welcoming Spa Host to join the team at a luxury hotel in Cape Town for the upcoming season. This position is ideal for someone with a warm, guest-focused personality who enjoys creating a serene and professional environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities :

Welcome and assist guests upon arrival at the spa

Manage bookings, appointments, and spa schedules

Provide information on treatments, products, and facilities

Ensure the spa reception and relaxation areas are maintained to the highest standard

Support the spa team in delivering an exceptional guest experience

Requirements :

Previous hospitality or spa reception experience preferred

Spa therapy experience would be advantageous

Strong communication and organisational skills

Professional and well-presented demeanour

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
