Financial Operations Officer
A well-established car carriers company has a vacancy available for a Financial Operations Officer.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Full bookkeeping function up to Balance Sheet
- Overall participation and very hands-on with operations
- Defining bookkeeping policies and procedures, keeping operations in mind
- Full Accounts payable and receivable function
- Handling subsidiary accounts
- Assist in preparing information and documents for auditors and compliance
- Perform secure and confidential banking
- Hands on with Key Accounts as well as communication with OEMs
Desired Experience & Qualification
High level of honesty, ethics, understanding and integrityKnowledge of Xero or PastelProven experience as a bookkeeperIn depth knowledge of financial reportingFamiliarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statisticsProficient in MS OfficeDiligent with great attention to detailExcellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain financial reportsPackage & Remuneration
