Scope of work for SMEs :

• The SME will collaborate with the LM Instructional Designers to develop program and course content based on the approved cybersecurity program outline. The outcome of this phase will be the creation of student-facing videos, infographics and images, text, AI chatbot interactions, assessments, knowledge checks, live lesson material, labs, and more based on the assets defined in the program outline.
• Validate and update module manifests, briefs, scripts, storyboards, assessments, infographics, videos, AI activities, Rise lessons, and all other learning materials.
• Write full instructional scripts and storyboards for recording videos and support Instructional Designers to create learning materials for videos, as needed.
• Leverage approved generative AI tools throughout content development. Any use of AI tools needs to be disclosed to the LM Instructional Designers.
• Recording demo videos using tools provided by the LM team and incorporating feedback from the client. Voice-recorded samples will need to be provided and approved by the client. A profile picture for the course introduction should also be shared.
• Develop content examples and structure instructional flow for student engagement with the LM Instructional Designers.
• Perform a thorough review and update all program and course components to meet the highest standards.
• Work closely with the LM instructional designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the cybersecurity content is cohesive and well-integrated within the broader educational framework.
• Use of LearningMate email address (will be provided by LM team) is preferred for project work as most tools and required shared folder access works smoothly with LM email id over external email addresses. Steps for access to the project folders and tools used for project work must be completed within the timeframe shared by the project management team as the link expires and hence required to be followed diligently.
• Troubleshoot access issues, walk through gaps, or find alternatives to resolve technical or tool-related issues. The LM team can provide support if needed.
• There may be 1-2 mandatory training sessions to be completed as a client requirement.
• Meet via a web conferencing tool, as needed. It is expected to have at least one meeting per week during regular business hours.
• It is expected that all deliverables will be submitted within the deadlines listed in the project schedule and communicated by the project management team. If there is a delay of more than 4 days from the deadline, the work may be reassigned to other SMEs to minimize the risk to the schedule. Any such instance (if occured) would be adjusted in the invoice amount for the particular module.
