Our Client a highly reputable Investment Firm is in search of a skilled and culturally minded Global Payroll Consultant to manage their payroll operations across multiple countries currencies and entities.

You will ensure accurate timely and compliant payroll delivery while collaborating with diverse teams across regions and cultures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage monthly payroll processing across 5 entities contractor and secondee payrolls in 9 countries 6 currencies.
- Support annual remuneration review payroll data including salary adjustments bonuses and incentives.
- Upload validate and reconcile payroll data with the Companys global payroll provider.
- Prepare multi-currency bank payment files and ensure statutory compliance.
- Ensure alignment between HR payroll and finance systems for audit integrity.
- Partner with Finance on payroll journals reconciliations and statutory filings.
- Manage payroll queries and interface with external providers and local authorities.
- Maintain accurate remuneration records and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee payments for employees and contractors through Employer of Record arrangements in multiple regions.
Qualification Skills and Experience required :
Degree in HR Finance Accounting or related field; postgraduate qualification preferred.5 years managing complex multi-country payrolls ideally within investment asset management financial services or consulting industry.Strong knowledge of tax frameworks and employment legislation across Europe Africa Asia and Latin America.Proficient in payroll platforms HRIS systems and strong MS Excel (with data analysis).Exceptional accuracy attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.Excellent communication skills to explain complex payroll matters to non-specialists.Proven ability to work independently remotely and collaboratively across time zones.Well-travelled candidates or those with experience working with teams across different countries and cultures will be at an advantage.To Apply : Please forward an updated and detailed copy of your CV to Andrea Jones :
