Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Stores Controller located in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area. The Store Controller will oversee and manage the day‑to‑day operations of the store, ensuring efficient inventory control and accurate documentation of goods. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, maintaining optimal stock levels, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Store Controller will also manage store staff, facilitate customer service, and ensure the overall smooth functioning of the store.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage day‑to‑day store operations.

Maintain efficient inventory control and accurate documentation.

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure optimal stock levels.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Manage store staff and facilitate customer service.

Ensure the overall smooth functioning of the store.

Qualifications

Experience in Store Management and Operations Management.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to deliver excellent customer service and customer experience.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Proficiency in inventory management software is a plus.

Relevant certifications or degree in supply chain management or a related field.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
