Are you a seasoned Business Analyst with strong finance knowledge and a passion for solving complex problems This is your chance to step into a key role where youll bridge the gap between business and technology helping to design smarter processes and deliver impactful solutions.

What Youll Do :

As the Senior Business Analyst youll be the go-to person for understanding the businesss needs translating them into clear requirements and ensuring that solutions are delivered successfully. Your work will touch everything from gathering requirements analyzing financial systems and processes to supporting testing and validating solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and challenges.
Document and translate requirements into clear specifications for the delivery team.
Analyse finance systems accounting structures and business rules.
Support solution design and ensure alignment with business needs.
Assist testing teams to validate solutions and ensure that they meet expectations.
Facilitate workshops meetings and discussions to drive consensus.
Track and communicate progress throughout the project lifecycle.

What Were Looking For :

A 3-year Degree in a relevant financial technical or analytical field.

Diploma in Business Analysis (FTI or equivalent).

6 years experience in business analysis ideally within financial services or payments.

Strong understanding of finance processes and systems.

Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments .

Excellent communication and facilitation skills Able to manage multiple stakeholders.

Detail-oriented problem-solver with strong analytical skills.

SQL / database querying knowledge is advantageous.
