IT Field Technician – Installation and Configuration (Paarl)

REQUIREMENTS

• Matric certificate, or relevant qualification
• Valid drivers license ESSENTIAL!
• Min two years experience in technical support, installations, or a similar field
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and broadband technologies
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently and accurately
• Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and in confined spaces
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good customer service skills with a professional attitude
• Ability to work in a team and assist colleagues when required
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to update documentation accurately
• Physically fit and able to handle equipment and tools
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work under minimal supervision
