Overview
We are hiring a Technical and Training Administrator to manage training services and provide administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the CTO including managing calendars, appointments and preparing documents / presentations.
- Coordinate client training services : assess needs, customize plans and arrange logistics.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding training inquiries and scheduling.
- Develop training materials, presentations and user manuals.
- Gather client feedback and provide ongoing support for training programs.
- Assist the CTO with project-related tasks and documentation.
- Manage expense reports, invoices and training budgets.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field.3 years experience in executive support and client relations.Skills
Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Professionalism and discretion with confidential information.Customer-focused with a proactive adaptable approach.Team player capable of working independently.Key Skills
