The President Hotel is seeking an energetic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of the newly renovated Pool Area, where vibrant service, memorable moments, and exceptional food meet Cape Town's ocean breeze. This hands-on leadership role calls for a hospitality professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, inspires their team through example, and consistently delivers guest experiences reflecting the warmth, style, and sophistication of The President Hotel. You will oversee daily operations, uphold service excellence, and ensure that every guest interaction aligns with The President Hotel’s standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Food & Beverage operations across the Pool Area, ensuring smooth, efficient, and guest-focused service.
• Champion authentic hospitality by being visible on the floor, engaging with guests, and anticipating their needs with professionalism and warmth.
• Oversee staffing, training, and scheduling to maintain a motivated and service-driven team culture.
• Drive revenue and profitability through effective planning, budgeting, and cost control.
• Manage stock levels, supplier relationships, and ordering processes to support consistent quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage leadership to enhance menus, service delivery, and presentation standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all outlets.
• Maintain the Pool Area as a lively, world-class social and dining hub that reflects The President Hotel's journey toward luxury.
