We want every team in the company to make data-driven decisions with confidence . That means simplifying processes, prioritising automation, and staying pragmatic and open-minded about new tools that drive efficiency.

What you'll do :

• Design, implement, and maintain our Data Warehouse, including monitoring, alerting, and incident resolution.
• Administer tools and systems, ensuring security, access control, and performance.
• Help software engineering teams understand product performance over time.
• Partner with the BI team to enable self-service datasets for key business areas.
• Champion automation through Infrastructure-as-Code and scripting.
• Uphold data quality, standardisation, documentation, and onboarding best practices.
• Lead the ingestion of new data sources into the warehouse.
