Job descriptionProvide academic and pastoral leadership within the Foundation Phase Oversee curriculum delivery, teaching standards and learner support Manage staff development, mentorship and performance within the phase Support the Principal in driving the schools vision, values and operational objectives Foster a nurturing, inclusive and excellence-driven learning environment
Qualifications, skills and experience required :
- Proven leadership experience within the Foundation Phase of a school
- Strong track record of academic and operational leadership aligned with school budgets at this level
- IEB experience is essential
- SACE registration (compulsory)
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to lead and inspire both staff and learners
