- Previous experience with Potatoes, cabbages & maize
- Experience working with pivots and pumps essential
- Ability to speak Xhosa advantageous
- Computer literate
- Previous experience with GPS systems and John Deere GreenStar technology
- Maintenance orientated
- Ability to lead and work with a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Valid drivers license
