Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and process product warranty / claims
  • Inspect returned parts and identify cause of failure
  • Compile accurate technical reports and documentation
  • Liaise with branches, workshops, and suppliers
  • Maintain strong turnaround times and ensure compliance standards

Requirements

  • Grade 12 with Mathematics
  • Mechanical / technical training (Diesel / Petrol qualification advantageous)
  • 23 years claim administration or 5 years motor parts / counter sales experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and admin skills
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving ability
  • High attention to detail & strong analytical mindset
