This role begins with a 10‑day commission‑only performance trial designed to identify highly capable and self‑motivated individuals who take ownership, solve problems, and execute with consistent clarity.

• Schedule : 5 hours per day during the trial period.
• Expectations : Make consistent daily outreach, log all activity, and demonstrate professionalism and persistence.
• Conversion : Top performers will be offered a full‑time position with a $3,000 / month base salary + 15% commission on closed deals.
• Post‑Trial Schedule : 8‑hour workdays once full‑time.
