Our client an upmarket Legal firm based in the CBD requires your experience and eagerness to grow with their forward-thinking team.Requirements : Qualifications : Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer in South Africa (Notary qualification advantageous)Experience : Minimum 5+ years post-admission experience in conveyancingClient Base : Must have an established and active client baseSkills & Attributes : Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing and property lawExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detailClient-centric, professional, and results-drivenProven ability to generate and sustain businessOther Requirements : Must be able to work independently and as part of a team; strong problem-solving and negotiation skillsDuties and Responsibilities : Handle the full spectrum of conveyancing matters, including property transfers, mortgage bonds, cancellations, and related transactionsDraft, review, and manage conveyancing documentation in compliance with legal requirementsLiaise with clients, estate agents, banks, and other stakeholders throughout the conveyancing processManage client relationships and build on an existing client base to contribute to firm growthEnsure all matters are managed efficiently, within deadlines, and in compliance with regulatory standardsProvide mentorship and support to junior team members, if requiredFamily law experience advantageous
