About the Role

We’re hiring an Accounts & Finance Administrator with a strong focus on process improvement and operations . This isn’t just bookkeeping – it’s about owning financial workflows, improving systems, and keeping our billing and reporting smooth and scalable.

You’ll handle day-to-day finance admin while also looking for smarter ways to do things. We want someone who can balance accuracy with innovation – a self-starter who thrives in a start-up environment and enjoys building better processes, not just maintaining the old ones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage invoicing, billing entries, and finance-related admin tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure alignment with client agreements
  • Support leadership with financial reports and analysis
  • Identify inefficiencies and help implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with operations and account management teams to support business needs
  • Contribute to SOP creation and updates to streamline finance operations

Required Skills

  • Strong skills in Google Sheets or Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reporting)
  • Background in accounts, finance administration, or finance operations
  • Interest in process improvement and operations (not just bookkeeping)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Independent, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to manage yourself
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote start-up environment
