Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions. Knowledge of logistics operations and supply chain processes is a plus. Job Title : Night Shift Logistics Controller
Location : Cape Town, Northern Suburbs

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee night shift logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Monitor and track the movement of goods to ensure timely delivery and adherence to schedules.
- Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and other stakeholders to coordinate logistics activities.
- Address any issues or delays that arise during the night shift and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
- Provide support and guidance to night shift staff, including supervisors and controllers.
- Maintain accurate records of night shift activities and prepare reports as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve logistical issues and optimize operations.
- Assist in the training and development of new night shift staff members.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the operations manager.
