What You'll Be Doing :

Supporting the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and team management

Leading the service team to maintain impeccable standards

Engaging with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle feedback professionally

Coordinating with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service

Assisting with inventory control, staff training, and scheduling

Upholding health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times

What You Need :

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

A keen eye for detail and a passion for customer service

Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
