Job descriptionMatric or relevant technical qualification is preferred. Prior experience working with coffee machines, hydro boils or similar appliances e.g. : geysers etc. also preferred. A working knowledge of plumbing and electrical components. Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel to client sites Customer-focused with good communication skills Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
What Youâll Do
- Install, maintain, and repair coffee machines, hydro boils and chilled water dispensing machines at client sites
- Diagnose faults, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventative maintenance
- Ensure machines are operating at peak efficiency
- Provide excellent on-site customer service and technical support
- Keep accurate records of work done, parts used, and service schedules
