You will be working on various projects both big and small and will be expected to deliver high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties including plumbing electrical carpentry and painting tasks. 2. Install and repair fixtures appliances and equipment. 3. Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and address them in a timely manner. 4. Respond to client service requests and provide solutions to their problems. 5. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction. 6. Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition. 7. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job. 8. Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used. Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role. 2. Solid knowledge of general maintenance and repair work. 3. Strong problem-solving and time management skills. 4. Excellent communication and customer service skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects. 7. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation. 8. High school diploma or equivalent. 9.
