Responsibilities

• People : Empower your engineering team to achieve technical excellence and meaningful impact by providing support, learning opportunities, constructive feedback, and alignment with company-wide KPIs. Foster strong, healthy teams through investing in people.
• Process : Optimize development practices to drive continuous improvement. Lead team meetings, plan and prioritize work, run retrospectives, and establish policies that enhance communication, collaboration, and code quality.
• Delivery : Ensure high-quality software delivery at a sustainable pace. Collaborate with the Product Manager to prioritize initiatives, define the roadmap, and drive technical improvements.
