INTERNAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE - ROBERTSHAM, JOHANNESBURG

RedCat Recruitment is seeking an experienced INTERNAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE individual for a well-established concern, position based in Robertsham, Johannesburg.

REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12.

Valid drivers license / own reliable vehicle.

Relevant sales or customer service qualification.

Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Sage Systems experience!

+3 yrs working experience in an internal sales role.

Efficiently maintaining the sales and customer related database

Growing sales.

Answering of the telephones.

Processing and sending quotations.

Processing Proforma invoices to be sent via e-mail.

Following up on previously quoted customers using the agreed Procedure.

Communicating with customers via e-mail.

Processing orders on Sage System.

Running report and communicating any changes with customers.

Attending weekly sales meeting and strategy sessions.

Weekly report on sales, consumer feedback and potential to both the Sales Manager and Sales Director.

Cold-calling consumers.

Daily follow up on potential leads and market statements to both the Internal Sales Manager and ales Director.
