We are seeking a professional Hotel Duty Manager to oversee front office and food & beverage operations during assigned shifts, ensuring seamless service, operational efficiency, and exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will act as the hotels representative on duty, managing both guest-facing and back-of-house operations.
Critical Criteria (Requirements)
- Minimum 35 years experience in hotel operations, with exposure to both Front Office and F&B operations in a 4 / 5-star property
- Previous supervisory or duty management experience in hotels or luxury resorts
- Strong knowledge of Opera PMS or similar systems and F&B operations
- Hospitality qualification or diploma advantageous
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve guest issues efficiently
- South African citizen with a valid ID
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
