Job Title : Partnerships Director (AI-Integrated)

Type : Full-time Independent Contractor

Location : Remote

Work hours : 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM US Eastern time

This is a high-ownership position that sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, partnerships and data operations. You will be directly responsible for driving revenue across multiple channels while safeguarding the brand's reputation through strategic partner management, airtight reporting and high-performing marketing campaigns. The role requires someone who can shift between high-level growth strategy and hands-on execution without missing details.

The Revenue & Partnerships Director is responsible for owning and optimizing every revenue channel for Biohack Yourself Magazine affiliate direct subscription (digital & print), retail reseller and partner-driven sales. This role blends affiliate program leadership, direct-to-subscriber marketing, retail distribution optimization, reseller program growth, partner integration campaigns and AI-powered automation. It requires both strategic oversight and hands-on execution with accountability for consistent revenue growth, performance tracking and operational efficiency.

Core Responsibilities

  • Affiliate Program Management

Our affiliate network is more than just commission payouts; it’s a partner ecosystem of influencers, clinics, brands and thought leaders who help extend the magazine's reach. This role requires building strong trust-based relationships while ensuring every partner is fully equipped, activated and delivering measurable results through our tracking systems.

  • Identify, recruit and onboard high-value affiliates (influencers, thought leaders, clinics, brands).
  • Conduct kickoff Zoom calls to : Present brand value and reach.
  • Explain commission structures, payouts and tracking.
  • Review marketing toolkits and promotional calendars.
  • Audit affiliate websites, social media and e-commerce funnels to integrate offers.
  • Maintain SOPs for onboarding, toolkit updates and affiliate communications.
  • Manage GoAffPro platform : Generate and assign tracking links.
  • Configure commission tiers and rules.
  • Monitor sales conversions and payout accuracy.
  • Provide affiliates with quarterly creative updates (UGC videos, static ads, thumbnails).
  • Maintain 80% activation rate within 14 days of onboarding.
  • 2. Digital Paid Media & Funnel Optimization

    Paid media is a core growth driver for both direct and affiliate-led subscription sales. The Director will be expected to continuously test, refine and scale campaigns while ensuring every click is properly tracked and attributed. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on data-driven decision-making and rapid creative iteration.

  • Plan launch and manage Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram) and other paid campaigns to drive affiliate and direct subscription growth.
  • Implement advanced targeting : Interest groups (biohacking, functional medicine, longevity).
  • Lookalike audiences from past subscribers and event attendees.
  • Retargeting for cart abandoners, video viewers and landing page visitors.
  • Set up UTM tracking, pixel tracking and conversion APIs.
  • Perform weekly creative testing and optimizations.
  • Maintain ROAS and CPA targets for all campaigns.
  • 3. Lead Capture & Subscriber Conversion

    Converting leads into paying subscribers is a critical part of this role. You will own the workflows, automations and campaigns that turn casual followers into loyal customers, ensuring no warm lead is left behind.

  • Migrate ManyChat workflows into GoHighLevel for Instagram DM automation, lead tagging and segmentation.
  • Build nurture sequences to convert free leads into paid subscribers.
  • Monitor leads from Instagram, website forms, events and email campaigns.
  • Maintain follow-up within 48 hours for all captured leads.
  • 4. Landing Page & Web Integration

    The magazine's sales funnels rely on high-converting landing pages and smooth e-commerce integrations. You will build and maintain these pages while ensuring every affiliate and retail campaign has a frictionless checkout flow.

  • Build Shopify subscription landing pages (digital & print) optimized for mobile conversion and upsells.
  • Create affiliate-specific page variations with personalized headlines and creative.
  • Integrate Shopify with Fulco for automated fulfillment.
  • Test checkout processes weekly for speed, errors and conversion flow.
  • 5. Retail Sales Tracking & Optimization

    Retail presence is both a revenue channel and a powerful brand visibility platform for Biohack Yourself Magazine. This role involves monitoring sell-through performance at the store level, identifying placement and promotional opportunities and working with distributors to ensure every retail copy is positioned for maximum impact.

  • Pull and analyze retail sales data from Disticor and other distributors.
  • Identify high-performing and underperforming stores, recommending promotional or placement changes.
  • Manage quarterly on-sale / off-sale issue transitions to reduce returns.
  • Coordinate retail replenishments and promotional pushes (e.g., in-store displays, email blasts).
  • 6. Reseller / Clinic Program

    This channel places the magazine in high-value environments from functional medicine clinics to wellness spas where the audience is actively seeking health, longevity and biohacking insights. The Director will develop these partnerships, provide co-branded marketing materials and ensure consistent reorder volume.

  • Prospect and onboard functional medicine clinics, wellness centers and spas as magazine resellers.
  • Provide Welcome Kits (POS materials, display stands, social / email toolkits).
  • Track reseller sales inventory and reorder cycles.
  • Maintain monthly growth in reseller accounts and reorder volume.
  • 7. Data Reporting & Attribution

    Accurate, actionable data is the foundation for every revenue decision we make. The Director will maintain a unified dashboard covering all sales channels, cross-check multiple data sources for accuracy and deliver insights that directly inform marketing, sales and partnership strategy.

  • Maintain a unified revenue dashboard (Base44 or equivalent) integrating :
  • Affiliate sales (GoAffPro)
  • Direct subscriptions (Shopify)
  • Retail performance (Disticor)
  • Fulfillment data (Fulco)
  • Ad platform spend / performance
  • Cross-check all data sources to catch discrepancies.
  • Submit weekly performance reports and monthly executive summaries with actionable recommendations.
  • 8. Special Projects

    Special projects are high-impact campaigns tied to major brand moments from celebrity-led affiliate launches to event-based marketing blitzes. These initiatives require precise coordination, fast creative execution and flawless integration with ongoing revenue operations.

  • Lead client affiliate launch integration : Audit assets and digital presence.
  • Coordinate embedded offers and joint campaigns.
  • Plan event-based marketing blitzes tied to industry events or magazine cover features.
  • Develop seasonal campaigns aligned with holidays or health-awareness months.
