We're looking for a motivated and technically minded Field Service Technician to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for a young professional eager to take on challenges, develop hands‑on skills, and be part of a dynamic, service‑focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, repair, and install commercial kitchen equipment while delivering top‑tier customer service and technical support.
- Observe and test the operation of equipment to identify malfunctions using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters and other testing devices.
- Deliver excellent customer service by strictly adhering to procedures and quality standards.
- Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and submitted prior to commencing any repair work.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of workshop / technical repair experience.Experience with assembly, quoting on parts, and installations is beneficial.Grade 12 + NTC 3.Excellent English communication skills (read, write, speak).Strong problem‑solving ability and customer relationship skills.Team player with a proactive attitude.PC literate (Word, Excel, Outlook).Interested in applying?
