ACCOUNTANT

Area : Mbombela / Nelspruit, Mpumalanga

Company is looking for a meticulous, client-focused Accountant to join their growing team in Nelspruit. This role offers a unique mix of external accounting practice work and in-depth finance responsibilities for a dynamic group of companies. Responsibilities

Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and accounting processing for practice clients.
Handle group company accounting, including reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close.
Assist with budgeting, variance analysis, and compliance across multiple entities.
Engage clients professionally, building strong, trust-based relationships.
Maintain accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines at all times.

Qualifications / Requirements

BCom Accounting degree (completed or in final year).

Minimum 3 years’ experience in practice or corporate accounting.

SAIPA / SAIBA registration is advantageous.

Proficient in Sage and Draftworx, with strong MS Excel skills.

Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.

Methodical, analytical, and able to work independently and self-driven.

Salary Package

Market-related and depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications
